Turn signal blinking way faster than normal

My left turn signal started blinking really fast all of a sudden, way quicker than the right side. Kenworth T680. Any idea what causes that?

That fast-blink pattern (sometimes called 'hyperflashing') is almost always the truck's electrical system noticing that one of the turn signal bulbs on that side has burned out, and it speeds up the flash rate to warn you something's wrong with that circuit. Check the front and rear turn signal bulbs on the side that's flashing fast โ€” one of them is very likely out.

Rear bulb on that side was out. Replaced it and the flash rate went back to normal immediately.
