There is several things to check first. This could be your radiator is mixing oil with transmission oil cooler. Some radiator have transmission oil coolers built in it. Check if the oil color is yellow or black. It could also be a injector cups o ring leaking as well. Black Oil in the coolant reservoir often indicates a blown head gasket or cracked engine block allowing oil to leak into the cooling system.
How To Varify if its injector cups or engine block or radiator.
Well a certified mechanic can varify that. If your headgasket is gone mostly you will notice engine oil level has jumped alot. If its transmission oil then theck transmission oil levels. For injector cupsits rare but you will see coolent in water separator.
